Christmas Shipping Update.

Unfortunately, shipping delays may be experienced due to the large volume of parcels processed by Australia Post during this time. We are doing everything we can to ensure your orders will arrive in a timely manner. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

For Pre-Christmas Delivery, In Australia, please refer to the order dates below.

Standard Shipping - Anywhere in Australia (excluding WA and NT), -  Friday, December 15th for pre-Christmas delivery.

For NT and WA - Tuesday, December 12th for pre-Christmas delivery.

Express Shipping - Anywhere in Australia (excluding WA and NT), - Tuesday, December 19th for pre-Christmas delivery.

For NT and WA - Monday, December 18th for pre-Christmas delivery.

 

Shipping Policy.

We use the Australia Post Network to ensure that all purchases are delivered promptly to your destination.

Shipping within Australia

Standard Shipping - $9.95 or FREE for orders over $150 AUD. 4-8 Business Days*.

Express Shipping - $14.95. 2-4 Business Days.

Christmas period - Please allow an extra 1-2 days for your order to be dispatched, and an extra week in case of high order volume through the Australia Post network. Please feel free to reach out in regards to any shipping inquiries you may have.

Sale Periods.

Please note that during sale periods, dispatch times may vary due to a higher volume of orders. Please allow an extra 1-2 business days for your order to be dispatched.

Shipping Internationally

International orders (outside Australia) are charged at the Australia Post Economy rate depending on the nature of the purchase and are calculated at checkout. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number from Australia Post. Unfortunately, text message updates are not available for international orders at this time. Please allow at least 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive, as there have been significant delays due to the high volume of orders and the Australia Post network.

Click & Collect.

We offer free click & collect from our Camberwell store. Once we have picked up your order, you will receive a notification that your purchase is ready for pickup.

Dispatch. 

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible; typically the next business day. You will be provided via email with an Australia Post tracking number upon shipment of your order.

Changes made to the delivery address after placing an order may incur additional charges, which we reserve the right to request to add to your original delivery charge.

Packaging.

Depending on the nature of your purchase, your order may arrive in a satchel, box, or canister.

Additionally, here at Paper Republic, we are actively trying to decrease our single-use plastics and general waste as much as possible. Therefore when packaging orders we use a combination of recycled packaging materials and Australia Post packaging to ensure your items are safe and secure.

When receiving deliveries from our suppliers, we acquire lots of packaging materials ranging from boxes to packaging filler and more. In an effort to reduce our waste, we reuse a significant portion of the packaging items we receive. As a result, you can be assured that any bubble wrap, plastic air packs, and any non-Australia Post branded packing materials have been recycled, in line with our environmental policies.
